Planning for entry into college or university begins before Scholars enter high school. Our programming begins in middle school to make the path to and through college as smooth and accessible as possible. GenOne makes sure each student is on track both in and out of the classroom.

Our full-time College & Career Advisors support Scholars while they navigate high school to chart a roadmap that best meets their future post-secondary education goals. GenOne’s student to advisor ratio is 15:1, ensuring that each Scholar receives personalized and professional navigation.
Advisors support Scholars to research and select colleges, complete college admissions applications, and complete financial aid forms, and scholarship applications. The primary goals of Advisors are to aid Scholars in affordable and relevant post-secondary enrollment.
